Veteran musician and CEO of Madmam Inc took his page and time to advice his fellow Crusaders of a more better way to go about the Crusade. (As it is called by them)

Mark Deah writes:

"Gentlemen I think our approach on social media is been misunderstood. I advice we stop and call a meeting with our pastors .

Not all pastors are ignoring the importance of church workers, some are doing well.

Not all of those posting got problems at their churches. Some are just advocates for others.

However, I don't think church leaders should make workers frustration on Facebook look worthless or not neccessary. Church business is not all spiritual.
